Machakos County Governor Wavinya Ndeti is poised to retain her seat if elections were held today, according to a newly released survey by Politrack Research. The poll, unveiled today, shows the governor enjoying overwhelming support from residents who express confidence in her leadership.
The data reveals that 68% of Machakos voters would back Ndeti for re-election, citing her commitment to transforming the county. Only 16.1% of respondents indicated they would not vote for her, while 15.5% remained undecided.
Ndeti’s high approval rating is largely attributed to her dedication to improving the county, with residents praising her for prioritizing development over political feuds. Her rivals, some observers suggest, are struggling to match her performance, which could weaken their chances of unseating her in the 2027 general election.
With her focus firmly on progress rather than politicking, Governor Wavinya Ndeti seems to have solidified her position as a formidable leader in Machakos County.
